Conversations with Calvin: Natacha Alpert, reprise

A Sunday Meeting presentation with Calvin Harris, H.W., M.

In this continuing series, you are invited to find insights that awake from in-depth conversations with interesting and piquant guests.

I was excited to bring back to our students Natacha Alpert, who is proving to be a renaissance and futurist young woman. In October 2021 we touched on Natacha’s work with 3D printers, creating wearable engineered apparel and artforms for major companies like Reeboks; the importance of our education, the importance of staying informed and up-to-date on changes occurring that could cause you future shock; our changing identities in the world; and men / women in tech. This time we will discuss Emerging Technologies Now and in Our Future World.

Culturally and socially, Natacha is a diverse young woman, with a background that spans from the Middle East, through Europe, Asia, and the U.S.A. Her strength of character, curiosity, charm, warmth, and independence, have given her a unique perspective, with insight into the understanding of technology today, as well as the time, space, and place continuum needed in building the future.

Natacha reminds us we are to be conscious and open to the new ideas and opportunities that are everywhere around us with courage, responsibility and accountability for the future. Knowing we have the talents, and what some would call the ability to channel the divine, to create new life choices with Conscious stewardship.
